The Social Security Code (CSS) governs the legal status and missions of the CNAP.

The website of the Luxembourg social security institutions www.secu.lu includes this code as well as the relevant legal, regulatory and statutory provisions.

The code also documents:

• international instruments relating to social security, as applied by the social security institutions under the authority of the Ministry of Health and Social Security
• the latest legislative or regulatory acts published in the “Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg” (Luxembourg Official Journal) relating to social security.
