Please note that the following requests are accepted electronically only under the following conditions:

  • Notification of change of address - a certificate of change of residence must be attached
  • Requests for a change of a bank account - you must enclose a bank details form (relevé d’identité bancaire - RIB) issued by the bank concerned
  • Changes in marital status - you must enclose supporting documents (marriage certificate, partnership contract, death certificate)

Important

  • Electronically transmitted life certificates are not accepted.
  • Tax certificates can be requested online.

The following requests

  • Pension application form
  • Pension application
  • Baby year
  • Retroactive purchase and
  • Reimbursement of contributions

must be submitted by post - see APPLICATION FORMS.
