Beware of phishing attempts!

The National Pension Insurance Fund (CNAP) wishes to inform the public that phishing campaigns aimed at fraudulently obtaining bank details and personal data are currently taking place.

Fraudulent text messages are being sent, encouraging recipients to click on links leading to fake websites impersonating the CNAP.

Please note that the official CNAP website is www.cnap.public.lu.

The CNAP urges everyone to remain vigilant and advises against clicking on suspicious links or disclosing bank details or personal login credentials through such messages.

Other phishing attempts are also impersonating the Social Security Centre (CCSS), the National Health Fund (CNS) and LuxTrust in an attempt to steal users' personal data. Please consult the CCSS website for a list of currently known fraudulent websites.

For further information on phishing attempts targeting social security institutions, please visit the “Beware of scamsl” section on the CNS website.
