Publication of the CNAP annual report 2024

The CNAP annual report provides an overview of the organisation and activities of the National Pension Insurance Office and presents the financial results of the general pension scheme for the past year.

Some key figures from this report:

• During 2024, the CNAP paid a total of 6.80 billion euros on behalf of 233,286 pension beneficiaries in 117 different countries.
• Of the 492,886 pieces of mail received, it processed 23,879 pension applications and 13,774 requests for information.
• It also answered over 120,000 telephone calls via the "pensions" hotline and received over 45,000 contact forms via its website cnap.lu.
