Publication of the CNAP annual report 2023

The CNAP annual report provides an overview of the organisation and activities of the National Pension Insurance Office and presents the financial results of the general pension scheme for the past year.

Some key figures from this report:

• During 2023, the CNAP paid a total of 6.39 billion euros on behalf of 223,834 pension beneficiaries in 116 different countries.
• Of the 456,000 pieces of mail received, it processed 21,954 pension applications and 14,902 requests for information.
• It also answered over 115,000 telephone calls and received over 45,000 contact forms via its website cnap.lu.
