Changes applicable from 1 January 2024

In accordance with the pension adjustment mechanism, the gross amount of pensions will increase by 1.1% as of 01.01.2024.

Pensions for January 2024 will be paid on 20 December 2023.

The net amount of pensions will undergo further changes depending on the adjustment of the tax scale, which will replace the conjunctural tax credit, among other things.

In addition, a new CO2 tax credit has been introduced. As far as the CNAP is concerned, this is integrated into the tax credit for pensioners. The sum of the amounts of these tax credits will now be indicated in the communication provided when the pension is transferred.
