Publication of the CNAP annual report 2022

The CNAP annual report provides an overview of the organisation and activities of the National Pension Insurance Office and presents the financial results of the general pension scheme for the past year.

Some key figures from this report:

• In 2022, the CNAP paid a total of €5.67 billion on behalf of 215,500 pension beneficiaries in 111 different countries.
• Of the 386,000 pieces of mail received, it processed 20,795 pension applications and 14,132 requests for information.
• It also answered more than 107,000 telephone calls and received 42,400 contact forms via its website cnap.lu.
